Hash browns are so easy to make! So, so easy! This will take you no more than 20 minutes and they look and taste divine! If you worried about using too much oil in the previous recipes, here is a reprieve.
3 potatoes peeled and grated
¼ cup melted butter/ margarine
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
¼ cup coriander chopped
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
- Pre heat oven at 200⁰C
- Rinse out your grated potatoes in cold water. Squeeze out excess water and place the potatoes in a bowl.
- Add all the other ingredients in with the potatoes and mix them by hand.
- Form the mixture into flat shapes (whichever you want – Hearts, circles, rectangles…) with your hands. Place the shapes on a baking sheet lined with parchment/ greased and bake in your preheated oven for 35 – 40 minutes, or until brown and crispy.
If your dad is like mine, they are already really thrilled with the 3 brunch dishes we have set out. But we want them to be absolutely dumbfounded! So we are going to make some Egg Rolls as well! We need some meat on that table!
