Dear Mrs. Integrity,

Hope this letter finds you well.

I decided to write to you today not with a heavy heart but rather with a thankful one. Unique isn’t it?

Hold me.

In a country where we have made CORRUPTION a god and ETHICS a foe, I needed to appreciate you for being in my life.

Ma’am, because of you I have lost four great jobs -or were they? Great perks! Great salary! In exchange, I had to sign cheques without looking or auction motorvehicles to the lowest bidder. One employer sacked me for whistleblowing on a 300 million credit SCAM – laughable it is for me today. They told me behind closed doors to either tow the line or get shot.

My choice? Your guess is as good as mine.

I chose to run. The Kipchoge type of running. I knew I had no bullet proof vest in the vicinity so my only cover was prayer and murmuring.

My fear for snakes and copper-coated essentials is still unmatched.

To divorce or not to divorce? A successful marriage requires falling in love many times, always with the same person.

Back to us ma’am, not once or twice ………………………………… 17 times to be precise have I thought that our marriage should end. There was a time I thought younger more beautiful girls like dishonesty, deceit, falsity and falsehood would be my new opium but lo and behold, these one needed alot to appease.

I am caught in between a rock and a hard place. Part of me wants to be loved by everyone, then there is the “me” that has been raised to adore you in all your royalty. In Proverbs 5 : 18, the bible has also continued impressing on me the value and need to rejoice in the wife of my youth.

This in all entirety asks of me to grow old with you in tow Mrs! That by any measure, my choices are limited to make do with the wife I chose for myself.

In a country where you only pop in once in a while in the homes of a few, please share this letter with those you imbibe with and dwell in. I have no intention of taking much of your time since I am aware that you are also busy working from home during this pandemic.

An upset man.

Having lost 4 jobs and counting, that not only accorded me material gain but the right experience in all of my future engagements, I would be a very upset man, but I am not.

To the employee who feels discouraged having lost a job for being too upright, this letter is for you through Mrs.Integrity.

Matthew 5:32 KJV, tells me , “But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery.”

Do not relent in being forthright and upright in all your doings. Elvis Presley said that “Values are like fingerprints. Nobody’s are the same, but you leave ’em all over everything you do.”

Leave the right mark wherever your feet land. Worry not about that loss. Pick yourself up. Dust yourself. Make it a habit to visit our site to check what is new in your industry, what jobs will tickle your fancy and to get the most sought after career and mentorship guidance.

Stressed and at home.

To the employer who feels that they only knock on the wrong staff’s doors when it comes to hiring individuals with high integrity, I quip wikipedia.com on integrity tests.

The procedures known as “integrity tests” or (more confrontationally) as “honesty tests”[12] aim to identify prospective employees who may hide perceived negative or derogatory aspects of their past, such as a criminal conviction, psychiatric treatment[according to whom?] or drug abuse. Identifying unsuitable candidates can save the employer from problems that might otherwise arise during their term of employment. Integrity tests make certain assumptions, specifically:[13]

  • that persons who have “low integrity” report more dishonest behaviour
  • that persons who have “low integrity” try to find reasons to justify such behaviour
  • that persons who have “low integrity” think others more likely to commit crimes—like theft, for example. (Since people seldom sincerely declare to prospective employers their past deviance, the “integrity” testers adopted an indirect approach: letting the work-candidates talk about what they think of the deviance of other people, considered in general, as a written answer demanded by the questions of the “integrity test”.)[14]
  • that persons who have “low integrity” exhibit impulsive behaviour
  • that persons who have “low integrity” tend to think that society should severely punish deviant behaviour (Specifically, “integrity tests” assume that people who have a history of deviance report within such tests that they support harsher measures applied to the deviance exhibited by other people.)

The claim that such tests can detect “fake” answers plays a crucial role in detecting people who have low integrity. Naive respondents really believe this pretense and behave accordingly, reporting some of their past deviance and their thoughts about the deviance of others, fearing that if they do not answer truthfully their untrue answers will reveal their “low integrity”. These respondents believe that the more candid they are in their answers, the higher their “integrity score” will be.[14][clarification needed]

Make it a habit in your organization that all your exiting staff informally do an exit interview. From the interview, you will find out for yourself the real issues of the exiting staff.

So back to us missy, I end this letter with boldness as I chart my own path into success …………………. I am with you for life.

Himmilicious noted that , “Nothing is respectfully amazing than a man who finds no shame to tell the world how grateful he is for all the love and sacrifices his woman made.“

I love you.

Sincerely yours,

Grandpa.
